What time can the guests check-in and check-out
The guests can check-in after 3 p.m. Guests must check-out for the last time by 10 a.m. to give us time to prepare for the arrival of new guests. At Villa STARE you can store your luggage if you wish to prolong your stay in Bohinj on the day of your departure.

Which time of year is best for staying at Villa STARE?
Many guests stay at the Villa STARE during all seasons of the year, since Slovenia mountaineering is an all-year-round destination, with the exception of winter. All seasons offer an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities, such as hiking and snowshoe walking in the winter, and golfing, kayaking, hiking and cycling in the remaining seasons of the year.
Is Villa STARE friendly to the smokers?
Villa STARE is a smoke-free facility, but smokers are always welcome to smoke outside.
What is the reservation cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, you will get a full refund on your deposit. If you cancel the reservation less than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, you can cash-in your deposit within one year for our accommodation services.
Do you offer shuttle services from/to airports and bus and train stations?
Villa STARE offers shuttle services from the Bohinj Zlatorog bus station. A shuttle service can also be arranged from the Ljubljana Airport and Bohinjska Bistrica Railway Station.
